Large-cap Tech continues to help the Nasdaq as shares of Oracle (ORCL 28.16, +1.04) push up to a gain of almost 4% following the company’s latest quarterly report and forecast.

The transaction is valued at approximately $63.2 million. This price represents a premium of approximately 85.5% to NEI’s closing price of $0.78 on June 18, 2012.
