Equities remain little changed from their opening levels and the three major indices are all flat.
With uncertainty abound, telecom stocks are in the early lead as the traditionally safe sector sees a stronger bid than others. Verizon (VZ 45.25, +0.36) and Windstream (WIN 10.80, +0.09) are both higher by 0.8%. Meanwhile, Sprint (S 5.12, +0.02) and AT&T (T 37.94, +0.22) are both up near 0.5%.
