ILikeADealPro.com instantly turn a business website into a professional group buying website in no time. ILikeADealPro.com allows any business to create and launch branded group deals on their current website, Facebook Fan Pages, Twitter Pages and Blog sites simply and easily.
It’s a great deal for everyone. Merchants partner with ILikeADealPro.com to invite new customers to their brand. In return, they offer exclusive deals and discounts to get those customers. For example, a spa might offer a $50 mani/pedi for only $25. Both the merchant and ILikeADealPro.com promote the deal. The merchant promotes the deal through their own business website, Facebook, and Twitter while ILikeADealPro.com promotes the deal through its website and various distribution partnerships. If enough interest is generated, the deal goes into effect. ILikeADealPro.com processes the credit cards transactions for the merchant and the merchant receives confirmations and full analytics of how the deal performed. MDMC’s technology is now fully QR code integrated for merchants. Customers purchasing deals now have a paperless option to redeem merchant coupons. “QR codes are an integral part of the discount deal shopping experience for consumers in 2012,” said Colin MacDonald, Marine Drive Mobile Corp. CEO. “By including this paperless redemption option with our software, merchants and retailers simultaneously produce QR codes for each and every deal they create. This gives merchants the power to access this marketing tool easily, while at the same time providing customers with the ability to easily redeem deals with the simple scan of the coupon QR code.”
MDMC recently announced the participation of private golf courses on the eTeeoff advertising platform. Though primarily catering to public and semi-private golf courses, eTeeoff gives private courses an additional way to drive revenue by promoting special event packages. “Promoting a corporate outing package on eTeeoff gives private courses a great opportunity to drive additional revenue to their club,” said Ryan Andrews, Director of Golf Operations at eTeeoff.
In February MDMC announced the expansion of eTeeoff into the Florida golf market. eTeeoff, the Company’s totally free advertising platform, recently introduced its daily deal site to Florida golf courses and has seen a tremendous response with new courses signing on daily. Since roughly 33% of all golfers in Florida are out of state visitors, the eTeeoff platform, with its nationwide golfer membership, will aid Florida courses in their efforts to reach and attract these potential customers both before and during their visit to Florida.
MDMC has welcomed Emerald Canyon Golf Course, known as “The Jewel of The Desert” to eTeeoff, the company’s zero-cost golf advertising platform. Given a FOUR STAR rating by Golf Digest, the addition of Emerald Canyon highlights a growing number of Arizona golf courses with deal coupon promotions running on eTeeoff. “For anyone who has ever played Emerald Canyon Golf Course, words like stunning and spectacular come to mind,” said Ryan Andrews, Director of Golf Operations at eTeeoff.
MDMC has added Players Club Golf to its growing list of golf merchants now posting deals on eTeeoff, the company’s free golf advertising platform. With the participation of this new golf merchant, Marine Drive Mobile continues to expand the eTeeoff advertising platform beyond golf courses, bringing new and exciting golf merchants into the mix. “Players Club Golf is one of the finest indoor golf facilities in the nation,” said Ryan Andrews, Director of Golf Operations at eTeeoff.
MDMC has appointment of Tony Cinotti as Vice President Mobile Banking. Cinotti is a senior financial technology expert and co-author of two method patents for processing transactions on smartphones. Tony Cinotti is a senior professional and entrepreneur with over 35 years business experience in systems, sales, programming, project management and management consulting. His experience includes building various companies, full cycle project management, systems and data center management, financial systems, vendor management, hands on programming, software sales and marketing, disaster recovery and business continuity planning.
eTeeoff dealsite software, version 2.0 is available to interested golf courses and golf merchants nationwide. The new version features an extensive list of improvements that enhance the eTeeoff user interface and streamline the experience for golf merchants so they can easily create and email daily deals in a matter of minutes. For the past six months, Marine Drive Mobile has been beta-testing eTeeoff at many of the top golf courses in Oregon and Washington. The Company conducted market tests to assess the performance of the dealsite software. Last year MDMC closed the purchase of I Like A Deal, LLC (”ILAD”), a San Francisco-based developer of premium group buying web-based software. The purchase agreement was first announced August 26, 2011, and was subject to normal due diligence, including an audit of ILAD. “We are extremely pleased to have finalized the purchase of I Like A Deal, and can now move on to integrating their business and software into Marine Drive,” said Colin MacDonald, Marine Drive Mobile Corp. Online Coupon Usage in US : Forrester Report
The usage of online coupons by US consumers is increasing, according to a survey In 2005, 12% of US households used online coupons. By 2011, that number had reached 22%. In July 2011, WhaleShark Media asked Forrester to analyze the impact that online coupon and deal sites have on the incremental business portfolios of its merchant partners. Below are some of the results:
Forrester Research Results from “The Impact of Online Coupons and Promotion Codes” indicate 66% of consumers will use online coupons for at least 25% of their purchases in the next 12 months, a 20% increase from 55% who used online coupons for at least 25% of their purchases in the last 12 months.
This includes a 19% jump in consumers who will use online coupons for 25-50% of their purchases in the next 12 months (26% to 31%) and a 21% increase in consumers who will use online coupons for 50% or more of their purchases in the next 12 months (29% to 35%). Among respondents with children, there is particularly strong 43%growth in plans to use online coupons for 50% or more of purchases in the next 12 months (28% to 40%). This increase drives a 30% overall increase in plans to use online coupons for 25% or more purchases in the next 12 months (56% to 73%).

Monika Sagar – CFO, Director
Monika Sagar has been a director, Chief Financial Officer and Secretary of the Company since inception in January 2007. After obtaining a B. A., Political Science, (1996) from Punjab University Ms. Sagar worked in a variety of administrative positions. For the past five years Ms. Sagar has held administrative and loan officer positions. From 2001 to 2002 she served as an Assistant Loan Officer with HSBC Bank. From 2002 to 2004 Ms. Sagar was a fulltime student obtaining her M.A. in Political Science from Punjab University in 2004. From her graduation in 2004 to the present, Ms. Sagar has been employed by Standard Chartered Bank as a Customer Care Executive, supervising the processing of personal loans for real and personal property. Since 2004 Ms. Sagar is also continuing her education on a part time basis, working on an MBA degree. From the Company’s inception in January 2007 to August 2011, Ms. Sagar also served as the Company’s Chief Financial Officer, Chief Accounting Officer and Treasurer.

Dave was instrumental in developing PayPal and brings strong technical e-commerce and mobile development knowledge to the team. As a senior software developer, he is currently a Senior SharePoint MOSS 2007 Developer. Dave’s passions are multimedia knowledge exchange and personalization. eTeeoff.com is a relatively new online platform targeted to serve the golf industry. With eTeeoff.com advancing to become the leader in offering golf courses the natural ability to offer deals and strategic marketing solutions to their clients, TapIn Solutions paves the road to strategically catapult eTeeoff.com to the next level.
The joint venture agreement with TapIn Solutions is to make our software available to their merchants across the country. This four-year old company, TapIn, is the golf industry’s fastest growing online services company specializing in web development and online marketing solutions.
